The Latin American Association for Analytic Philosophy (ALFAn) and the Brazilian Society for Analytic Philosophy (SBFA) are pleased to invite all researchers in any field of analytic philosophy to submit a contribution for their joint conference to take place in FORTALEZA, BRAZIL (Hotel Mareiro), from May 27-30th 2014.

Submissions
Submissions in all fields of analytic philosophy (and closely related areas) are welcome. They may be in the form of individual presentations, or of a panel with 2 or more participants. The time for each talk will depend on the volume of submissions accepted (but should be something between 30 and 45 minutes for individual presentations, or between 1 hour and a half and 2 hours for panels). Submissions should be sent to[email protected] in two different files:
1- one containing a title and a 500 (minimum) to 800 (maxim)-word abstract of the paper;
2- the other containing only the paper title, name, institutional affiliation and e-mail of the participant.
For submissions of panels with 2 or more participants, the submission should include both files for each participant in the panel.
The official languages are English, Portuguese and Spanish.
All submissions will be blind refereed by a scientific committee.

Instruções Para Submissão
Submissões em todas as áreas da filosofia analítica e áreas afins são bem-vindas. Aceitam-se submissões individuais ou na modalidade de mesas redondas, com dois ou mais participantes. O tempo para cada apresentação dependerá do volume de submissões aceitas, mas deve ficar entre 30 e 45 minutos para apresentações individuais ou entre uma hora e meia a duas horas para mesas redondas. Submissões devem ser enviadas para [email protected] em dois arquivos separados:
1- um contendo o título e um resumo do trabalho com no mínimo 500 e no máximo 800 palavras;
2- o outro contendo somente o título do trabalho e o nome, a instituição e o endereço eletrônico do participante.
Para submissões de mesas redondas com dois ou mais participantes, a submissão deve incluir os dois arquivos mencionados acima, um para cada participante.
As línguas oficiais do evento são inglês, português e espanhol.
Todas as submissões serão anonimamente avaliadas pelo comitê científico do evento.
