And what changed?
Com A Mudança, aconteceram dois fenómenos marcantes:
- quando estava no open space com todo o mundo, quando dizia "bom dia", todos respondiam de volta. Alguns sorriam.
Agora metade já não me responde e alguns até olham de lado quando passo;
- as pessoas com quem tinha mais dificuldade para obter uma resposta agora respondem-me em segundos e pedem desculpa por não ter respondido mais rapidamente às minhas perguntas quando demoram mais de uma hora.
Ai, o ser humano, sempre fascinante!
With The Change, some things changed at work as well:
- when I used to sit with everybody in the open-space and said "Good morning", everybody would answer back. Now, when I say it, some people don't answer back and some even grimace at me.
- there used to be a small group of people that were difficult to work with now answer to my emails in the blink of an eye! And when they don't, they excuse themselves for not doing so.
The human being is just so... Fascinating!
